A loving wife and mother, Bobbie J. Roberson, 76 of Baisden, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 from St. Mary’s Medical Center, at Huntington.
Born at Baisden on May 25, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Suzie (Cline) Cline.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Margaret Cline; and five brothers: Irlend, Dillard, Ray “Curley Ray”, Willy and Charles Cline.
Bobbie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grand mother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a member of the Four Winds Tabernacle, she loved spending time with her family and friends, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to love and to cherish her memory are: her wonderful son, Jimmie Dale Roberson, of Baisden; her loving daughter, Dana (David) Owens, of Baisden; her precious grandchildren: Timothy Brenton (Vicki) Marsingill of Johnson City, TN., Chandra Roberson of Bluefield, and Taylor Owens of Baisden: her precious great grandchildren: Urijah Marsingill of Johnson City, TN., and Drake Southren of Tuscaloosa, AL.; her brother, Clayton N. (Eleanor) Cline of Baisden; her sister, Geraldine Robinson of Baisden.
Friends may gather with the family in celebration of her life at the Four Winds Tabernacle (above Meade Shopping Center) at Sprattsville, on Friday, March 5th after 6 pm.
The celebration of her life will continue on Saturday, March 6th, at 2 pm at the Four Winds Tabernacle with the Bishop David Huskins, Pastor Doc Agan, and Rev. Kenny Pool, and Rev. Billy Beheler.
Entombment will follow in the Family Flower Garden at Baisden.
She will be carried to her final resting place by: Anthony, Caleb, and Eric Cline, Terry and Justin Likens, Brent Marsingill, Kieth Dotson, Jimmy Williamson, Mike, Shane and Travis Icenhour, Kent and Blake Robinson, Mike Miller, Greg Hurley, Denny and Dillion Roberson, Gary Wayne Blankenship, Keevin Walls, Anthony Heath Trent, Danny Robinette, Timmy Beheler, Angus Mullins and Bruce Jackson.
Honorary pallbearers are Pastor Russell King, Ieager, WV, and Jean Steins of North Carolina.
