Cherie Colleen Grubb

Cherie Colleen Grubb, 51 of Baisden, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and to join her loved ones waiting for her in heaven, on Sunday, February 21^st, 2010, from her residence.

Born at Welch on November 18, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Elder Johnie and Mona Cline Cline.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Tiera Jade Stacy and her three brothers:  Lanny, Johnie Jr., and Larry Cline.

Cherie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.  She was a homemaker, a graduate of Gilbert High School class of 1977, and a Born Again Christian.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to love and cherish her memory are:  her loving husband, Rex Grubb of Baisden; her wonderful son, Ronnie Stacy; her two step-daughters: Rana and Jill Mccown of Columbus Ohio; her three step-grandsons:  Scotty, Trenton, and Aaron; her brother, Leslie (Rosie) Cline of Tennessee; her three sisters:  Paulette (Johnie) Cline of Tennessee, Karen (Rodney) Velez of Florida, and Kim Buchanan of Tennessee; her nine nephews; her four nieces; and a host of other dear family and friends.

Friends may gather with the family at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel in Gilbert on Wednesday, February 24^th form 6 to 9 pm.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 25^th at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel with Elders Hobart Hamilton and Gary Young officiating.

Burial will follow in the Roy Cline Cemetery at Baisden.

She will be carried to her final resting place by family and friends.
