Faye Moore Cline

Faye (Moore) Cline 79 of Wharncliffe, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and to join her loved ones waiting for her in heaven, on Friday, December 18th, 2009, from Pikeville Medical Center at Pikeville, Kentucky.
Born at Red Jacket on October 23, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Pleaman and Emma (Smith) Moore.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Walter “Teets” Cline; one son, Arthur J. Cline; and her brothers and sisters.
Faye was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a God fearing woman, who loved the Lord and her church. She loved to cook for her children, grandchildren, and friends. She was the oldest member of the Wharncliffe Church of God and a homemaker. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to love and cherish her memory are: her four daughters: Wanda (Dennis) Lester of Baisden, Sheila (Allen) Rose of Prestonsburg KY, Patricia Cline of Wharncliffe, and Barbara Cline of Nashville TN; her son, Larry Cline of Wharncliffe; her five grandsons: Walter & Larry Cline, Larry & Eric Calloway, and A J Cline; her five granddaughters: Tiffany & Brianna Lester, Miranda Gibson, Ashley Hood, and Christi An` Rose; her six great grandchildren: Kurt, McKayla, Dustin, Jasmyne, Jacob, and arriving soon Joccelyn Macee-Faye Cline; her sister, Christine Cline of Baisden; and a host of other dear family and friends.
Friends may gather with the family at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel at Gilbert, on Wednesday, December 23rd, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A service will be held at 7:00 pm.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, December 24th at Mounts Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dale Collins and the Rev. Jim Nagy officiating.
Burial will follow in the Beech Fork Cemetery at Wharncliffe.
She will be carried to her final resting place by: Larry, A J, and Walt Cline, Dustin Hood, and Anthony, James, and Kevin Blevins.
Honorary pallbearers are: Clifford Cline, Curtis and Greg Blevins, Dennis Lester, and Allen Rose.
