Georgia Irene Walls Morgan Miller

Georgia Irene Walls Morgan Miller, 81 of North Spring, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and to join her loved ones waiting for her in heaven, on Sunday, February 14, 2010, from Welch Community Hospital.
Born at Verner on January 11, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Albert J. and Lula Hester Walls.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Wilson Preston Morgan; three infant sons: Stanley, Faron, and Shelton Morgan; one sister, Eunice Walker; four brothers: Harlan, Arden, Clinton, and Clayton Walls; and two half brothers: Travis and Thomas Walls.
Georgia was a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a homemaker and a member of the Justice Church of God at Justice.
Those left to love and cherish her memory are: her loving husband, Paul E. Miller of North Spring; her loving daughter, Sharon Cook of Premier Mountain; her five wonderful sons: Bennett Morgan of Gilbert, Nelson (Sue) Morgan of High Point NC, Densel (Karen) Morgan of North Welch, Lanny (Julie) Morgan of High Point NC, and Vincent (Conda) Morgan of Archdale NC; her three sisters: Gertrude Cline of Hanover, Zola New of Coal Mountain, and Mavis Walls of Lancaster OH; her two brothers: Dallas Walls of Gilbert and Rodney Walls of Hanover; her four half sisters: Charlotte Maynard of Coal Mountain, Clara Bell Cline of Simon, Macie Toler of Maben, and Deborah Browning of Ikes Fork; her three half brothers: Mayford Walls of Gilbert and Jarvis and Dwayne Walls both of North Spring; her 15 grandchildren; her 17 great grandchildren; and a host of other dear family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Friends may gather with the family at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel in Gilbert on Wednesday, February 17th from 6 to 9 pm.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, February 18th at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Odell “Bill” Cresong and Rev. Diamond Carter officiating.
Burial will follow in the Palm Memorial Gardens at Matheny.
She will be carried to her final resting place by her grandsons.
