Mollie Cline Lester

Mollie Cline Lester, 75 of Baisden, departed this life on Wednesday, July 7^th, 2010, at St. Mary’s Medical Center at Huntington.

Born at Baisden on November 3, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Nat and Vonna Carter Cline.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by: two brothers:  Sonny and Fleming Cline; and two sisters:  Retha Blankenship and Zella Lockhart.

Mollie was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend.  She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and friends.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to love and cherish her memory are:  her loving husband, Joe Lester of Baisden; her daughter, Melissa Lester of Baisden; her two sisters:  Vima Blankenship of Baisden and Evelyn Hatfield of Beckley; her five brothers:  Judd (Dessie Mae) Cline of Baisden, Tex (Iris) Cline of Warsaw NC, Jay (Maryann) Cline of South Carolina, Rex (Betty) Cline of Baisden, and Denzil (Tina) Cline of Baisden; and a host of other dear family and friends.

Friends may gather with the family, to celebrate Mollie’s life, at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel in Gilbert on Saturday, July 10^th from 6 to 9 pm.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, July 11^th at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Homer Blankenship, Rev. Jonas Trent, and Bro. Learmon Mounts officiating.

Burial will follow in the Lester Family Cemetery at Baisden.

She will be carried to her final resting place by family and friends.
