Bailee Renee Leffew

Bailee Renee Leffew, 19 of Gilbert, WV departed this life on Friday, October 11, 2019, from Charleston Area Medical Center, Charleston, WV.

Born February 23, 2000 at Pulaski, VA, she was the daughter of Larry Michael Leffew II and the late Donna (Payne) Clendenin.

In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her grandmother: Drema Thompson; grandfather: Larry Michael Leffew Sr. and her aunt: Jana Lynn Leffew.

Bailee was a 2018 graduate of Riverview High School where she achieved high honors.  Her passion in life was singing and being with her friends.  She was a beautiful soul whom spread joy and laughter wherever she was.  Even after death she continued to give to others by being an organ donor.

Those left to love and cherish the memory of Bailee and to mourn her passing include her father: Larry Michael Leffew II of Alababa; her brother: Cody Clendenin of Paynesville, WV; her grandparents: Deyon & Donald Chappell of Alabama and Roy &  Margaret Payne of Paynesville, WV; two special aunts: Mylinda (Randy) Leffew of Gilbert, Rebekah (Larry) Cline of Hanover; many other aunts, uncles, and a host of other dear family and friends.

Friends may gather with the family on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Mounts Funeral Home Chapel with a celebration of life ceremony starting at 2:00 pm with the Rev. Johnny Akers officiating.

To honor Bailee’s wishes she was cremated.   

Her beautiful smile and tender heart will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
