Earl G Lester

Earl Glen Lester, 28 of Gilbert departed this life on Sunday, December 10, 2017 from his residence.

Born February 1, 1989 at Welch, he was the son of Edgar G. and Evelyn F. Lester of Gilbert.

Earl was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Earl “Bee” & Joyce Toler; paternal grandparents: Burley Burgess “Red” and Laudie Marie Lester.

Earl was a member of the Riverview Freewill Baptist Church.  He enjoyed going to church, playing video games and watching television.

Those left to love and cherish the memory of Earl and to mourn his passing include his loving parents: Edgar G. and Evelyn F. Lester of Gilbert; sister: Kerri Lynn Lester of Matewan; nephew: Dakota Christopher Lee Kennedy of Blackberry, KY; 2 nieces: Micaela Lynn Kennedy and Hailey Marie Kennedy both of Blackberry, KY.; many aunts and uncles and a host of other dear family and friends.

Friends may gather with the family on Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 6-9 pm at Mounts Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will commence on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Mounts Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Clifford Rawls officiating.

Burial will follow in the Blankenship Cemetery at Baisden.

Earl will be carried to his final resting place by family and friends.
