Gary Lee Lester

Gary Lee Lester, 44 of Kistler departed this life Sunday, February 11, 2018 from his residence.

Born February 4, 1974 at Guyan Valley, he was the son of Kenneth and the late Wanda (Hatfield) Lester.

In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by his grandparents: Leander and Janice Hatfield, Delbert and Opal Lester.

Gary enjoyed Nascar and sports, he also loved playing video games with his nephew. He was of the Baptist Faith.

Those left to love and cherish his memory are his wife: Rhonda Lester of Kistler; his dad: Kenneth Lester; sister: Robin Lester; brother: Joey (Angel) Lester; niece: Alyssa Lester; nephew: Justin Lester, all of Landville; mother-in-law: Sandra Pugh; father-in-law: Ronnie Evans, both of Williamson; brother-in-law: Jonathan Evans of Hardy, KY; sister-in-law: Kimberly Evans of Kistler.  He also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Wednesday, February 14, 2018 from 6 to 9 pm at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel, where funeral services will commence on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 1:00 pm with the Rev. Joaquine Ooten officiating.  Burial will follow in the Browning Dye Cemetery at Verner.

Gary will be carried to his final resting place by Michael Belcher, Tyler Browning, Michael Murphy, Keith Hatfield, Jr., Benny Grimmett and Joey Lester.

He may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
