Jackie Evans Obituary

Jackie Evans, 53, of Hanover, departed this life on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, from Dignity Hospice House in Chapmanville.

Born October 18, 1965, at Welch, she was the daughter of the late Alvin Walter and Jerlean (Cline) Evans.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Holcomb; three brothers: Michael G. Evans, Franklin Evans, and Harold E. Smith; her paternal grandparents: Taylor and Birdie Adkins; and her maternal grandparents: John and Mamie Cline.

Those left to love and cherish her memory are her sons: Michael (Charlene) Holcomb and Tommy Holcomb all of Hanover; her daughter, Taylor Holcomb of Hanover; her grandchildren: Alexis, Johnathan and Hailey Payne, who she loved dearly; two sisters: Nadean Davis of Baisden and Linda Huston of Ohio; two brothers: Darryl Davis of Wyoming, WV and Rodney Evans of Ohio; her fur baby Itty Bitty. She also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews along with a host of other dear relatives and friends.

To honor her wishes, her remains have been cremated.
