Paiga Lane Harless

Paiga Lane Harless, 58 of Clearfork, formerly of Baisden, departed this life Monday, May 21, 2018 from Bowers Hospice House, Beckley, WV.

Born July 5, 1959 at Iaeger, she was the daughter of the late Wendell and Betty Jo (Harless) Collins.

In addition to her parents, Paiga was also preceded in death by her grandmother and grandfather: Elizabeth and Pearlie Harless, who raised and loved her as their daughter; ex father-in-law: Jason Lester; and a host of uncles, aunts and other family members.

Paiga was a registered nurse, who loved her job taking care of others, she loved watching her son play sports, and she enjoyed traveling.  She was of the Baptist Faith.

Those left to love and cherish the memory of Paiga, and to mourn her loss are her son: Caleb (Shannon) Lester; her granddaughter: Kaitlyn Jae Lester, all of Clearfork; her sister: Sharon (Freeland) Smith of Citra, FL; her brother: P.J. (Lisa) Collins of Gilbert; nephews: Eric, Derrick and Jamie Collins, all of Man; nieces: Rikka and Miranda Collins of Gilbert, and Cheyenne Smith of Citra, FL; special ex mother-in-law: Emogene Lester of Baisden; her biological father: Ernie Stepp of Dayton, Ohio.  She also leaves behind a host of other relatives, and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Saturday, May 26, 2018 after 5 pm, at the First Missionary Baptist Church, Justice, WV, where funeral services will commence at 6 pm with the Bro. Timer May officiating.

To honor her wishes, her remains were cremated.
