Rebecca Rollyson

Rebecca Rollyson, 43, of Gilbert departed this life Friday, March 29, 2019 from Cabell Huntington Hospital.

Born on November 17, 1975 at Man, she was the daughter of Jennifer (Collins) Rollyson and the late Danny Rollyson.

In addition to her father, Rebecca was also preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Jesse and Marie Rollyson; her maternal grandparents: Odell and Lillie Collins.

Rebecca was a loving daughter, mother, and grandmother, who loved spending time with her granddaughters and her family and friends.  She enjoyed watching football and car racing.  She was of the Pentecostal Faith.

Those left to love and cherish her memory and to mourn her loss are her mother: Jennifer (Collins) Rollyson, of Gilbert; her daughters: Devan Dale Rollyson of Gilbert, Genna Danielle (Taylor) Ferrell of Celina, Ohio, and Haylee Maria May of Baisden; her granddaughters: Ireland Rose Ferrell of Celina, Ohio and Keensington Bayleigh May of Baisden; her sisters: Heather Robinette and Megan Rollyson, both of Gilbert; special friend: Larry “Biheck” Bradford.  She also leaves behind a host of nephews, cousins, and other dear family and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Thursday, April 4, 2019 from 12 to 2 pm, at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel, where funeral services will commence at 2:00 pm.

Burial will follow in the Hatfield Cemetery at Sharon Heights.  Rebecca will be carried to her final resting place by pallbearers: Derrick Christian, Garrett Cline, Keith Hatfield, Weston Rollyson, Taylor Ferrell and Little “D” Christian.  Honorary pallbearers are Jody Layne, Larry Bradford, Bobby Rollyson, Ronnie Mounts, Carlos Mounts and Randall Robinette.

Her wonderful smile and gentle heart will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved her.
