Tennis Harrison

Tennis Harrison, 74 of Lucasville, OH, formerly of Bruno, departed this life on Thursday, September 27, 2018.

Born April 10, 1944 at Bruno, he was the son of the late Ken and Lucy (Grimmett) Harrison.

In addition to his parents Tennis was preceded in death by his brothers: Acie, Benny Robert and Charles Amos Harrison; sisters; Zannie Marie Harrison, Rosa Ann Fowler, Mary Sims Browning, Lura Smith, Margaret Griffith and Martha Cox.

Tennis enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  He was of the Church of God Faith.

Those left to love and cherish the memory of Tennis and to mourn his passing include his daughter: Samantha (Clifford) Griffin of Bruno; brother: Julius Harrison of London, OH; many nieces and nephews and a host of other dear family and friends.

Friends may gather with the family on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at the Bruno Church of God from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm with funeral services commencing at 1:00 pm.  The services will be officiated by Rev. Roger Frye.   

Burial will follow in the Harrison Family Cemetery at Bruno, WV.

Tennis will be carried to his final resting place by family and friends.

He is gone from our sight but never from our hearts.
