Alex Ray Morgan

Alex Ray (Bub) Morgan, 40 of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of North Springs, departed this life Monday, July 9, 2018 from Mountain Crest Nursing Home in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Born on June 24, 1978 at Man, he was the son of Sheliah Marie (Lester) Morgan Browning and the late Judge Alex Morgan.

In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: A.R. and Angeline Morgan; aunt: Patricia Gay Toler; infant uncle: Buel Preston Lester, Jr.

Alex lived life to the fullest, he enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, riding his 4-wheeler and spending time with his family and friends.

Those left to love and cherish his memory are his mother: Sheliah Marie Lester Morgan (David) Browning of Iaeger; a very loving sister: Allison Renee (Larry) Harper of Coal Mt; maternal grandparents: Buel Preston (Helen Marie) Lester, Sr. of Spice Creek; special nieces, who he loved very much: Chasity Renee (Randy) Layne of Gilbert Creek, and Keisha Rebekah Carter of Coal Mt; great nephews: Chaston Keith and Randy Ryan Layne, both of Gilbert Creek.  He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles and many other relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family to honor Alex’s (Bub) memory Friday, July 13, 2018 after 6 pm at the Christian Freewill Baptist Church, where funeral services will commence Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 1:00 pm with the Rev. Jackie Jessie and Rev. Roger Browning officiating.  Burial will follow in the Skyline Cemetery at Justice, WV.

Alex will be carried to his final resting place by his family and friends.

He may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
