Allie Jean Belcher

Allie Jean Belcher, 79 of Gilbert, WV departed this life Thursday, May 9, 2024 from Trinity Healthcare, Logan, WV.

Born February 2, 1945 at Welch, WV she was the daughter of the late Wayne and Mona (Hatfield) Belcher.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her sister: Marie Lester; brother: Amos Belcher; niece: Melissa Gail Ball; nephew: Garfield Dennis Hatfield.

Allie enjoyed watching western movies, riding around town, and spending time with her family and friends.  She was of the Baptist Faith.

Those left to love and cherish her memory and to mourn her loss are her sisters: Ellen Hatfield of Browning Fork, Alice Hatfield of Coal Mountain; brothers: Herman Belcher and Verlin (Glenda) Belcher, all of Browning Fork; best friend: Susie Hatfield of Browning Fork.  She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Tuesday, May 14, 2024 from 12:00 till 1:00 pm in the chapel of Mounts Funeral Home where funeral services will commence at 1:00 pm with Rev. Lowell Smith officiating.  Burial will follow in the Carter Cemetery at Browning Fork, Gilbert, WV.

Allie will be carried to her resting place by her family and friends.

She may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
