Angela Elaine (Lester) Maynard

Angela Elaine (Lester) Maynard, 55, of Delbarton departed this life Wednesday, November 25, 2020 from UK Medical Center, Lexington, KY.

Born December 10, 1964 at Welch, she was the daughter of Estel and Phyllis (Allen) Lester.

Angela enjoyed cooking, singing, and spending time with her family and friends.  She was of the Church of Christ Faith.

She was preceded in death by her infant sister: Rebecca Lynn Lester; paternal grandparents: Dave and Lizzy Lester; maternal grandparents: Clyde and Ester Allen.

Those left to love and cherish her memory and to mourn her loss are her parents: Estel and Phyllis (Allen) Lester of Baisden; husband of 36 years: Jerry Maynard; daughters: Angel Maynard (Trey Workman), Adrianna Maynard (Cassie Caudill), all of Delbarton; sister: Becky (Stanley) Maynard; brother: Curtis Lester; niece: Savannah (Anthony) Vannatter, all of Baisden; nephews: Emza (Whittney) Maynard of Wharncliffe, Zack Maynard of Lenore; great nephews: Weston Vannatter of Baisden, Hunter Maynard of Wharncliffe; great niece: Keona Vannatter of Baisden.  She also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Sunday, November 29, 2020 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm in the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel, where funeral services will commence at 2:00 pm with Rev. David Blankenship officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lester-Maynard Family Cemetery at Baisden, WV.

Angela will be carried to her resting place by her family and friends.

She may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
