Bill Frank Farley, II

Bill Frank Farley II, 57 of Kistler, WV departed this life November 26, 2025, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. 

 Born March 27, 1968, in Logan, WV, he was the son of the late Bill Frank Farley I, and Peggy Louise (Miller) Farley.  

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother David Farley.  

Bill was a good mechanic with a passion for hot rods. A caring and devoted man, he loved his family fiercely and found joy in every laugh shared. Above all, he deeply loved his sons, who were his greatest pride. 

Those left to love and cherish his memory are his sons: Brandon Farley, Bill Frank Farley III; three granddaughters: Starr Lynn Keck, Eva Loretta Keck, Navaeh Sueann Louise Kaye Farley; brother: Kenneth Ray Farley; sister Gloria Jean Farley; nephew: Michael Todd Farley; and special nieces: Ariana Farley and Brooklyn Farley. He also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends. 

To honor his wishes, his remains will be cremated, and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Mounts Funeral Home of Gilbert has been entrusted with the arrangements.
