Brenda Kay (Shull) Gent, 71 of Lyburn, WV departed this life on Monday, August 30, 2021 from Logan Regional Medical Center.
Born on February 1, 1950 at Gilbert, she was the daughter of the late Dewey and Oretta (Lewis) Shull.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband: Greg Gent; daughter: Monica Lemon; granddaughter: Adrianna Lemon; brothers: Harold, Tim, and Marvin Shull; sisters: Geneva Ann Shull and Betty Elkins.
Brenda loved reading her Bible and listening to Christian music, she was of the Baptist Faith. She loved beautiful flowers, but most of all she loved her family.
Those left to love and cherish her memory and to mourn her loss are her son and caregiver: Roger Wisecup of Logan; grandsons: Dustin Queen and Ryan Wisecup; sister: Kathy (Butch) Cline of Hanover; special nieces: Sam Chapman and Cindy Cline, both of Morrisburg, TN. and Debbie (David) Endicott of Browning Fork; nephews: Steve (Evaline) Elkins and Mark Shull; sister-in-law: Shirley Shull and her family. Brenda also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives and friends.
To honor her wishes, she was cremated.
Her wonderful smile and gentle heart will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved her.
