Bryan Hubert Hunt, 31 of Slabtown departed this life on Friday, October 28, 2022.
Born on September 13, 1991 at Logan, WV, he was the son of Kimberly (Davis) and Clark Blankenship of North Spring.
Bryan is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Dennie and Dottie Davis; maternal great grandparents: Irland and Onie Justice.
Bryan’s passions were his children, riding his dirt bike, digging ginseng, and being in the woods. He done what he loved and loved what he done, and that was logging. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Those left to love and cherish his memory, in addition to his parents are the love of his life: Paige Belcher of Slabtown; daughters: Kensley and Raelynn of Wharncliffe; brother: Brendan (Latoya) Hunt of Long Branch; sisters: Kayla Ellis (Aaron Graley) of Ben Creek, Angel Hammond of North Springs; nephews: Brody Davis, Carson Mounts; nieces: Kaybre and Baley Ellis, Lillyan Hammond, Brenlynn and Kensley. He also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives, cousins, friends, and co-workers.
Friends may gather with the family on Sunday, November 6, 2022 from 6:00 till 9:00 pm at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will commence there at the chapel on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 11:00 am, with Rev. Jonas Trent and Rev. Ralph Manuel officiating. Burial will follow in the Lee Davis Cemetery at North Springs.
Bryan will be carried to his resting place by pallbearers: Ben Huff, Logan Morgan, Brendan Hunt, Daniel Mays, Chris Morgan, Donavon New, Ryan Lester, Luke Jackson, Anthony Toler. Honorary pallbearers are: Jerry Evans, Linus Davis, and Ben Huff.
Bryan always had a smile on his face; there was never a dull moment when he was around. He was the life of the party and he made everyone’s day.
He may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
