Calvin "Calvie" Paul Wiley

Calvin Paul “Calvie” Wiley, 66 of Gilbert, WV. took his Heavenly Flight on Thursday, April 28, 2022 from Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV.

Born on July 12, 1955 in Man, WV, he was the son of the late Tracy and Elsie (Roy) Wiley.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers: Joe, David and Charles Wiley; sisters: Alice Hatfield, Louise Wiley, and Wanda Blankenship.

Calvin was a member of the Browning Fork House of Faith, where he was one of the Church Service Leaders. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, and spending time with his family and friends.

Those left to love and cherish his memory are his brother: Carless (Barbara) Wiley of Baisden, WV. sisters: Deloris Browning of Hanover, WV, Mary May of Gilbert, WV, Leslie West of Ocala, FL.; son: Phillip Stevens of Parkersburg, WV. and Chris (Malina) Colegrove of Gilbert, WV.; 8 grandkids and 4 great-grandkids; special friend: Lowell (Sherry) Smith of Browning Fork. He also leaves behind a host of loving nieces, nephews, friends, and family.

Friends may gather with the family on Sunday, May 1, 2022 from 12:00 till 2:00 pm at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel in Gilbert, WV. Funeral Services will commence at 2:00 pm. with Rev. Lowell Smith and Rev. Diamond Carter officiating.

Per his request, he will be cremated following services.

He will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved him.
