Carson Lawson Lester

Carson Lawson Lester, 58 of Baisden, WV departed this life Sunday, May 3, 2026, from Logan Regional Medical Center, Logan, WV.

Born January 25, 1968, at Man, WV he was the son of the late Lawson and Laura (Hogston) Lester.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother: Charles B. Lester; brothers-in-law: David Bevins, Stevie Carter, Travis Walls; nephew: Toby Bevins.

Carson enjoyed fishing, also, deer, coon, and squirrel hunting.  He loved spending time with his family and friends.

Those left to love and cherish his memory are his daughters: Andrea (Doug) Fowler of Welch, WV, Candra (Jeff) Wolford of Gilbert, WV, Alyssa Lester (James Smith) Browning Fork, WV; grandchildren: Zoey, Tyler, and Peyton Fowler, Zachery and Mason Wolford, Kruze Lester, Lacey New; brothers: James (Maryann) Lester, Willie “Bill” (Dorothy) Lester, all of Baisden, WV; sisters: Marie Carter and Brenda Walls, both of Hanover, WV, Phyllis Bevins of Baisden, WV.  He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Monday, May 11, 2026, from 12:00 till 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Mounts Funeral Home where funeral services will commence at 1:00 p.m. with Pastors Jonas “Joe Peck” Trent and Wimpy Bradford officiating.  Burial will follow in the Hallie Hogston Cemetery at Baisden, WV.

Carson will be carried to his resting place by his family and friends.

His memory will forever remain in our hearts.
