Cathy Jo Fox

Cathy Jo Fox, 55, of Neibert, WV, departed this life on Tuesday, October 21, 2025

Born on January 22, 1970, in Syracuse, New York, to the late Betty Joe Nunley and David Junior Hinkle, I.

In addition to her parents, Cathy was preceded in death by her husband Robert Loyd Fox, and her sister’s Teena Diane Maynard, Carolyn Snyder; brother-in-law, Wade Maynard, nephew’s; David Allen Arthur, Ryan Cantrell, Justin Maynard.

Cathy was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family, going to church. She had a heart of gold. Cathy passed away at CAMC after a long battle with an illness. She fought her fight and kept her faith.

Those left to cherish her memories are her children, Robert Lloyd Fox Jr., of Kentucky and Billy Joe Fox of Kistler, WV; grandchildren: Scarlett, Madisyn, and Hailey Fox; brother; David Junior Hinkle II; of Man, WV; sisters; Lisa Arthur ( John Sizemore), Melinda ( Todd ) Cantrell, all of Neibert, WV, Cheryl Hinkle of Colorado; a host of nieces and nephews: Terena, Elva, Trisha, Travis, TJ, Johnny, Chris, Joshua, Katrina, Jason, and Courtney. With a host of other loving family members too many to be named.

Her wonderful smile and gentle heart will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved her.

To honor her wishes she will be cremated.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
