Charles Bradley “Brad” Justice, 55, of Justice, West Virginia went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 18th, 2024, from Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV following a courageous battle with cancer.
Brad was born on September 13th, 1969, in Man, WV. He is the son of Charles and Marilyn Justice of Justice, West Virginia and Dwayne and Marsha Riffe of Ballard, West Virginia. He is the grandson of the late Nathan and Lake Justice and the Late Elmer and Anna Joy Webb.
Brad was a graduate of the Class of 1987 from Gilbert High School, he went on to get an associate degree and he had served in the National Guard; he was Vice President of Safety for Ramaco Resources and attended the Hanover Missionary Baptist Church. He loved going to the beach, golfing with his buddies and spending quality time with his family and friends, especially his grandsons.
Other than his parents, survivors include his loving wife Stacey (Damron) Justice of the home; three children: Brittani (Nick) Christian and Grayson Hatfield, all of Justice, West Virginia, and Chloe Hatfield of Morgantown, West Virginia; two grandsons who were the loves of his life: Brady and Lincoln Christian of Justice, West Virginia; siblings: Missy (Rusty) Tiller of Justice, West Virgina, Todd (Tammy) Justice of Winfield, West Virginia, Joe (Kristen) and daughter Maddie Riffe of Princeton, West Virginia, Heather (Chris) Williams and family of Alabama -- nephew Austin (Makenzie) and Sophie Tiller of Hurricane, West Virginia; nieces: Kailey Beth (Zach), Natalie and Abby Belcher of Chapmanville, West Virginia, Kaylyn Justice of Beckley, West Virginia, and Maci Bogges of Winfield, West Virginia; mother and father-in-law: Bob and Linda Cook of Hanover, West Virginia; exceptional friends: Darin “Duke” Lester, Tony Bradford, and Chris Laney; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of other dear friends and acquaintances.
Friends may gather with the family Sunday, September 22, 2024 from 6:00 till 9:00 pm at the Four Winds Tabernacle Church, with special service at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will commence there at the Four Winds Tabernacle on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 1:00 pm with Rev. James Cline and Rev. Landon Grimmett officiating. Burial will follow in the Justice Family Cemetery, Justice, WV.
Brad will be carried to his resting place by Pallbearers: Darin ”Duke” Lester, Tony Bradford, Chris Laney, Chad Sloane, Jon Walls, Phillip May, Kenny Butcher, Keith Poe.
Honorary Pallbearers: Richie Belcher, Chris Blanchard, Dave Richards, Scott Mills, Dave Brooks.
Military Honors will be provided by VFW Post 1144, Iaeger, WV and The Honor Guard following service at the church.
His wonderful smile and gentle heart will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved him.
