Crystal Lynn (Stafford) Maynard

Crystal Lynn (Stafford) Maynard, 57, of Hanover, WV passed away at Pikeville Area Medical Center, Pikeville, KY on September 14th, 2023 after a hard battle with cancer.

Crystal was born on June 28th, 1966 in Welch, WV to the late Darrell and Calos (Trent) Stafford. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother: Darrell Michael Stafford.

Crystal was a homemaker and was of the pentecostal faith.  She was an avid animal lover, enjoyed reading, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 35 years: Rick Maynard; one daughter: Jami Savannah (Michelle McPeak) Stafford of Elkhorn, WV; one son: Jessie Ray (Jessie Yoder) Walker of Morristown, TN; two Sisters: Judy (David) Bragg of La Grange, KY and Cathy (Jeff ) Gravely of Sebastian, FL; four Nephews: Joshua and Jeremy Jackson, Brian and Joseph Riffe; one niece: Betsy Bailey; a host of great nieces and nephews; two Best Friends: Jonie Goodman and Jewell Lively; and her #1: David Bragg. 

Friends and Family may gather with the family at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel, Monday, September 18th, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for visitation, with funeral services to commence at 1:00 PM with Pastor Ricky Endicott officiating. 

To honor her wishes, her remains will be cremated following services.
