Daniel Malin Compton

Daniel Malin Compton, 49 of Panther, departed this life Sunday, May 20, 2018 at his residence.

Born March 25, 1969 at Welch, he was the son of the late Elmer and Joan Gail (Daniels) Compton.

In addition to his parents, Daniel was also preceded in death by his sister: Lisa Compton.

Daniel enjoyed hunting, riding his 4-wheeler and his Harley motorcycle, having picnics and cookouts, and spending time with his family and friends.

Those left to love and cherish his memory and to mourn his loss are his companion: Donetta Bailey of Panther; his sisters: Barbara Lester of Isaban, Ella (Lonnie) Blevins of Welch, Mary Asbury of Hurley, Virginia, and Amanda (Mac) Thomas of North Carolina; his brothers: James (Helen) Compton, Richard (Tammy) Compton, Joseph (Linda) Compton, Danny (Sherri) Compton, and Brian Compton, all of Isaban, and Randy (Lisa) Compton of Gilbert.  He also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Sunday, May 27, 2018 at the Isaban Church of God from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, where funeral services will commence at 5:00 pm with the Rev. Ryan Seabolt officiating.

To honor his wishes, his remains will be cremated.
