Donna Sue (Parsons) Toler

Donna Sue Toler, 72, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 17, 2020 at Logan Regional Medical Center.

She was born July 22, 1948 in Branchland, WV the daughter of the late Rev. Woodrow and Beatrice (Wellman) Parsons, and 2nd Mother Rosa Parsons.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband: Roger Toler; two sisters: Arma Lee Collins and Brenda Kay Goodman; niece: Jessica Wilson.

Donna is survived by her 3 children: Roger P. Toler, Jr (Buggie), Kimberly Dawn Riddle (Larry), and Anthony Ray Toler (Tony); 11 grandchildren: Brittany Spitzer (John), Kathryn Moyer, Cecelia Toler (CeCe), Taylor Dawn Browning (Beau), Alyssa Caudill (Zach), Ashley Whitt (Ken), Breydon Riddle, Austin, Zach, Courtney and Caleb Toler; 6 great grandchildren: Zoey and Abel Browning, Mason Caudill, Emma, Sabrina, and James Whitt; sisters: Francis Collins, Betty Lucas, Dreama Wilson (Lonnie) and Connie McComas (Bill); 3 brothers: Ray Parsons (Sherry), Eddie Parsons, and Dennis Parsons (Ronda).  She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Donna was a loyal member of the Bruno Church of God since March of 1974, where she was a Sunday School teacher, Vacation Bible School Director, Assistant Clerk, Clerk, and Ladies Aid President, and a mighty prayer warrior. She was dedicated to making memories with her family and friends and spending time with God.

In honor of her wishes, Donna’s body will be cremated with a memorial to follow on August 30, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Bruno Church of God, with Bishop Roger P. Toler Jr., and Brother Roger Frye officiating.

Her wonderful smile and gentle heart will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved her.
