Eddie Blaine Cline

Eddie Blaine Cline 75, of Justice, departed this life on Monday, February 27, 2023 at Logan Regional Medical Center.

Born December 2, 1947 at Justice WV. He was so the son of the late Alderson and Bessie (Lester) Cline.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son: Eddie Lee Cline; brothers: Richard Dick Cline, Ivan Gene Cline, Ruben Cline, Randy Cline; nephews: Christopher Cline and Bobby Joe Cline.

Eddie was a lifelong member of the Laborers Union.  He was also actively involved in politics and had enjoyed campaigning throughout his life for his elected officials.

Those left to love and cherish his memory are his son: Joshua Cline of Justice; his grandchildren: Amanda Cline and Caleb Cline; brother: Jack Cline of Justice; sisters: Charlotte Hatfield of Maryland, Betty Sue Cline of Justice, Kathy (Charles) Icenhour of Isaban; nieces and nephews: Patricia Hinkle, Tom Hatfield, Delaney Hatfield of Maryland, Jamie Cline and Mollie Cline Smith of Justice, Katherine Rose of NC, Erwin Cline Jr. of Justice, Jennifer Cline Tackett of Louisa KY, David Icenhour of Oceana, Chrissy Sloane of Mohawk; his companion: Ella Dameron of Ikes Fork; he is also survived by his beloved dog and best friend Sadie, they enjoyed many car rides together.  He also leaves behind a host of  other dear relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Sunday, March 5, 2023 from 1:00 till 2:00 pm at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel where funeral services will commence at 2:00 pm with Rev. Chet Cline officiating.  Burial will follow at Justice Memorial Gardens at Justice, WV.

Eddie will be carried to his resting place by his family and friends.  Honorary pallbearers are David Baisden, Tom, Dick, Harry, Wes, and Thomas White.

He may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
