Franklin Leroy Neace

Franklin Leroy Neace 85, of Justice, WV departed this life Monday, April 19, 2021 from his residence.

Born on April 21, 1935 at Gilbert, he was the son of the late Millard Filmore and Dovie (Waybright) Neace, Sr.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his wife: Liddie Neace.

Leroy loved the outdoors.  He was a retired Coal Miner and of the Old Regular Baptist Faith. 

Those left to love and cherish his memory are his 2 daughters, 3 sons, and their spouses, 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 5 sisters and one brother.  He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 12:00 till 1:00 pm at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel, where funeral services will commence at 1:00 pm with Rev. Carl "Cab" Wolford officiating.  Burial will follow in the Davis Cemetery at Justice, WV.

Leroy will be carried to his resting place by his family and friends.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.  He will forever live on in our hearts.
