Garry Keith Walls

Garry Keith Walls, 71, of Justice, departed this life Wednesday, October 6, 2021 from Logan Regional Medical Center.

Born January 11, 1950 at Verner, he was the son of the late Arden and Arlene (Blankenship) Walls.

In addition to his parents, Garry is also preceded in death by his sister: Julia Walls Cook.

Garry was a graduate of Gilbert High School, also a graduate of United Electronics Institute of Charleston, WV, graduating in the top 10 of his class.  He was a retired Coal Miner, he had a degree in Electronics, and he was an avid church goer, who loved the Lord with all his heart.  Garry loved being outside, he loved collecting “Junk” and enjoyed trading and collecting knives, but his greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends.

Those left to love and cherish his memory and to mourn his loss are his loving wife: Illene (Toler) Walls of the home; brother: Duranny (Loretta) Walls of Justice; special uncle: Lonnie Blankenship; sister-in-law: Patsy (Kenneth) Morgan, brothers-in-law: David (Abby) Toler, Burnis Toler; nieces: Angie Lester and Kim Osborne; special friends: Chris Sammons, Stephen Lester, and Earvin Cline; special niece: Judy “Sissy” Stacy Brewer.  Garry also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews and other dear relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 6:00 till 9:00 pm at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel, where funeral services will commence at 7:00 pm with Rev. Diamond Carter officiating.

To honor his request, he will be cremated following services.

He may be gone from our hearts, but never from our sight.
