Ginger Lynn Rose

Ginger Lynn Rose, 68, of Welch, WV, passed away in the early morning hours of Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the McDowell Healthcare Center in Welch, WV, following a long illness.  
 
Ginger was born January 1, 1958, in Welch, WV, she was the daughter of Herman Paul Rose and Edith (Lowe) Rose of Panther, WV.  
 
In addition to her parents, Ginger was preceded in death by her brother Carl Thomas Absure and sister June Messenger.  
 
Those left to love and cherish her memory are her niece: Donna Lockhart of Panther, WV, and a host of nieces and nephews.  
 
There will be no services. 
 
Burial was on Tuesday February 24, 2026, at the Cline Cemetery located at Short Pole, Panther, WV.  Pallbearers were nephews of the family.
