Jennifer (Testerman) Lester

Jennifer Lester, 63 of North Spring went home to be with Jesus on Monday, June 8, 2020 from Logan Regional Medical Center.

Born August 4, 1956 at Welch, she was the daughter of the late Coy Testerman and Versie Stanley.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her son: Kenneth (Kenny) Lester.

Jennifer attended Jesus Name Church of Williamson, WV where she found peace and help in Jesus as she renewed her love of playing the piano for the Lord.  She was gloriously baptized in Jesus’ Name in August of 2013.  Jennifer loved spending time with her grandchildren, her family, and friends. 

Those left to love and cherish her memory and to mourn her loss are her daughters: Andrea (Jerry) Hyatt of Ikes Fork, and Allora Dey Lester of the home; husband and devoted companion: Kenneth Glenn Lester of North Spring; stepfather: Clyde Stanley of North Spring; siblings: Barbara Salyers of Delbarton, Gail Hall of Brenton, Janet Hatfield, Darren Stanley and Buddy Testerman, all of North Spring; grandchildren: Jeremy Shaye Beheler, Serenity Dawn Hyatt and Kenlee LeShaye Hyatt.  She also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Thursday, June 11, 2020 from 12 till 1:00 pm at Mounts Funeral Home Chapel, where funeral services will commence at 1:00 pm with Pastors Randolph and Barbara Salyers officiating.  Burial will follow in the Stanley Cemetery at North Spring, WV.

Jennifer will be carried to her resting place by her family and friends.

Her wonderful smile and gentle heart will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved her.
