Kelly Loren Cline, 57 of Justice, departed this life Thursday, September 10, 2020.
Born August 16, 1963 at Iaeger, WV, he was the son of French Cline and the late Earnestine (Griffith) Cline of Gilbert.
Kelly was a talented carpenter who left his artistic creations among the community and surrounding areas, to include the beautiful Eagle Sanctuary at Christian, WV. With the right tools and a committed project, he could turn wooden boards into eye-catching art. He also enjoyed fishing and spent many years on the banks of the Guyandotte River. Kelly’s jovial persona centered around being the laugh of the crowd with his quick sense of humor.
Those left to love and cherish his memory and to mourn his loss are his father: French Cline of Gilbert; daughter: Kelly Renae (Dwayne) Justus of Hazel Green, KY; son: James Anthony Phillips of Tamcliff; sister: Sherry (Ted) Weir of Louisville KY; brothers: Tim (Rose Stanley) Cline of Gilbert and Danny Cline of Lynco; grandsons: Cashton Blankenship of Hazel Green, KY and AJ Phillips of Tamcliff; nephews: Daniel Cline of Fairdale and Joshua Cline of Lynco. Kelly leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends.
He may be gone from our view but will never be forgotten.
To honor his wishes, he was cremated.
A memorial service is planned for 12:00, Saturday, September 19, 2020, at the Eagle Sanctuary in Christian WV with Bishop Anthony Hudgins officiating.
