Kenneth Charles Robinette, 61, of Gilbert, WV departed this life Thursday, March 2, 2023 from his residence.
Born on June 2, 1961 at Iaeger, WV he was the son of the late Shelvin and Sylvia Elaine (Trent) Robinette.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Lawrence and Mary Robinette; maternal grandparents: Donald and Myrtle (Lively) Trent; brothers: Daniel Everett and Michael Wayne Robinette; sister-in-law: Debra Diane Robinette.
Kenneth enjoyed hunting, and anything to do with being outdoors. He was of the Baptist Faith.
Those left to love and cherish his memory and to mourn his loss are his loving wife Willie June (Ginger) Robinette of the home; his brother: Larry Robinette of Welch, WV; nephew: Kenneth Lee (Ronnie) Robinette of Delbarton, WV; niece: Kayla Danielle Robinette (Justin Hall) of Georgetown, KY; his two “children” his beloved dogs, who thought they were human, and stayed right with him, and always watched over him, Fred P. and Checo. He also leaves behind a host of other relatives, and friends.
Friends may gather with the family on Monday, March 6, 2023 from 6:00 till 9:00 pm at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel, where funeral services will commence at 7:00 pm with Rev. Cecil Johnson officiating.
To honor his request, he will be cremated following services.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mounts Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
He may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
