Kristen Latoya Shantelle Riffe

Kristen Latoya Shantelle Riffe, 27 of Chesapeake, WV gained her wings on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Summers Health Care Center, Hinton, WV.

Born on May 22, 1996 in Logan, WV she was the daughter of Dora Ann Lester and Bradley Lee Riffe.

Kristen was preceded in death by her sister: Danielle Lester; maternal grandparents: Roscoe and Liddie Ruth Lester; her paternal grandparents: David and Sandy Riffe; aunt: Darlene Bryant; uncles: Randy Wykle and Russell Lester; nephew: Randy Wykle, Jr.

Kristen loved her family.  She will be remembered for her beautiful personality.

Those left to love and cherish her memory are her brother: Sammie Webb of Beckley, WV; her mother: Dora Ann Lester of North Springs; father: Brad Riffe of Clearfork, WV; aunts: Charlotte Wykle of North Springs, Netta (Rodney) Ferrell of Ragland, WV, Lisa Hatfield of Beckley, WV; uncles: Roscoe Lester of Hanover, WV, Ezra Lester of Delbarton, WV, Ebby Lester of Williamson, WV; sister-in-law: Susie Harvey of Hanover, WV.  Kristen leaves behind a host of cousins and other dear relatives and friends.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 4:00 pm at the North Springs Community Cemetery at North Springs.  The service was officiated by Rev. Russell Prince and Rev. David Hatfield.

Kristen was carried to her resting place by her family and friends.

The family gives a special thanks and appreciation to everyone who helped with the care of Kristen during her life.

Kristen’s smile and gentle heart will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved her.
