Mary Lamb, 63 of Bruno, departed this life Thursday, September 15, 2022 from Logan Regional Hospital.
Born on June 11, 1959 at Man, WV, she was the daughter of the late James and Naomi (Marcum) Plumley.
In addition to her parents, Mary was proceeded in death by her father and mother-in-law: Fred and Myrtle Lamb.
Mary was a retired CNA who enjoyed crafting and loved spending time with her family. She was of the Baptist Faith and attended Sandlick Freewill Baptist Church.
Those left to love and cherish her memory are her loving husband Elzie Lamb at home; her brothers: Jack (Margaret) Plumley of Cyclone, WV, Mike (Donna) Plumley of Thomasville, NC, and Allen (Tammy) Plumley of Franklin, NC; nephews: David (Machelle), Jackson (Lissa), Jamie, Christopher, Brandon, Alex, Jeremy and Justin (Danielle) Plumley; niece: Emma Jean (Steven) Trent. Mary also leaves behind a host of great nieces and nephews and other dear relatives and friends.
Friends may gather with the family Monday, September 19, 2022 after 6:00 pm at the Sandlick Freewill Baptist Church at Bruno, WV with special services at 7:00 pm with Rev. James Ellis officiating. Funeral Services will commence there at the church on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 12:00 pm with Rev. Bill Cantrell and Rev. Tilly Walls officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens at Pecks Mill, WV.
Mary will be carried to her resting place by her family and friends.
She may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
