Mary Ruth (Jones) Cline

Mary Ruth (Jones) Cline, 77, a resident of Isaban WV, passed away on December 23, 2020 at CAMC Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV. 

Mary was born November 1, 1943 in War Eagle, WV.  She was the daughter of the late Sidney and Ada Jones.  On December 23, 1966 in Buchanan County Virginia, she married the late Clifford Charles Cline.

Preceding her in death, other than her parents and husband, were four Brothers: Kermit, Earl, Sidney “Junior”, and Buck Jones; and two Sisters: Betty Jones and Helen Jones Coleman.  Mary was the last immediate member of her family. 

Mary was a homemaker and a member of the Isaban Southern Baptist Church.   

Survivors include her only child, a son, Kendall Lyn Cline and his wife, Christina, of Isaban; three grandsons: Dustin Charles Cline of Isaban, Richard Lee Pennington and wife, Elaine, of Bruno, and Franklin Douglas Pennington of Elkins, WV; her granddaughter, Veronica “Paige” Cline of Isaban; three great grandchildren: Cambree, Grayson, and Walker; two nephews: Buck Jones Jr. and Hassell Robinette; and two special cousins: Barbara Lester and Louise Miller.

An outdoor funeral service will be conducted Tuesday December 29, 2020 at 2 PM near the Four Pole Community Cemetery at Isaban, with the Rev. Gary Justice officiating. 

Burial will follow at the Four Pole Community Cemetery following the service.  Mary will be carried to her resting place by friends and family.
