Michael McKinley Perry

Michael McKinley Perry, 79, of Gilbert departed this life on October 5, 2023 at Trinity Nursing Home, Logan, WV.

Born October 7, 1943 in Logan, Michael was the son of the late Opal and Juanita (Canterbury) Perry.

In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by a daughter: Amelia Maynor; three brothers: Shane, Zane, and Greg Perry; and two sisters: Sharon Perry and an infant Sister Perry.

Michael was a loving father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend and will be missed by all who knew and loved him

Those left to love and cherish the Memories of Michael are his daughter: Frances (Nick) Lovich of Gilbert; his son: Michael (Rae) Browning of Winston Salem NC; six grandkids: Angel (Jeremiah Hatfield) Ellis, Dominic Ellis, Tommy (Gloria) Queen, Buren (Hope) Maynor, Alaina Browning, and Dylan Browning; great grandchildren: Parker Maynor, Charlie McGlone, Jorge McGlone, Steven Conner Ellis; one brother: Lane Perry; and a host of nieces.

Friends may gather with the family at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel, Monday, October 9, 2023 from 6 PM to 7 PM for visitation, with funeral services to commence at 7 PM Monday with Pastor Matthew Stanley officiating.

To honor Michael’s wishes, his remains will be cremated following services.
