Michael Kent Toler

Michael Kent Toler, 70 of Hanover, WV departed this life Monday, May 4, 2026, from Hospice of Southern WV, Beckley, WV.

Born February 14, 1956, at Iaeger, WV he was the son of the late Drewey and Arlene (Lester) Toler.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother: Jeffrey Hatfield.

Michael enjoyed traveling to different places, also, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family and friends.  He worked as a mechanic for several years and attended the Clearfork Church of God Assembly.

Those left to love and cherish his memory are his sons: Michael Daniel Toler of Hanover, WV and Mark Toler of Baileysville, WV; daughters: Rachel Gravely of Coal Mountain, WV, Sarah Rebecca of TN, and Tracy Hicks of NC; grandchildren: Marcus and Hannah Toler, Isaac and Ariana Gravely, MaKaylee Hearns, Carly and Brooke Caserta; sister: Marcella (Dobbe) Spasojvich of Washington state; brother: Keith Toler of NC; close friend: Pastor Hanibal Blankenship.  He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends.

In honoring his request, he has been cremated.

He may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
