Milton "Pete" G. Lester

Milton G. (Pete) Lester, age 73, passed away Friday, December 31, 2021 at CAMC in Charleston, WV.

Born August 25, 1948 in Brushy Fork, he was the son of the late Alex and Nellie Lester Bailey. 

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his stepfather: Okey Bailey; his sister: Marietta New; his stepparents: Garrison and Lorraine Lester: two brothers: Danny Lester and Cletus Lester.

Milton had worked many years for Napa Auto Parts.  He was of the Baptist Faith.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years: Teresa (Cline) Lester of Isaban; one son: Leslie Lester of the home; two brothers: Garmon (Tresa) Lester and Namon Lester of Isaban; four sisters: Henrietta Johnson of Baisden, Debbie (Isom) Johnson of Wharncliffe, Sheila (Jerry) Hallam and Tammy (Kevin) Cline of Isaban.  He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and near and dear friends.

In honoring his wishes, there will be no services.  A committal prayer will be given on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 1:00 pm, at the Brushy Fork Cemetery at Isaban, WV., by his good friend Bro. Donnie Stacy.

A special thanks to Melanie and Matthew Collins and Donnie and Janice Stacy for being there in a much-needed time.

His wonderful smile and gentle heart will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved him.
