Nicholas Ray Reedy

Nicholas Ray Reedy, 40 of Man, WV departed this life Tuesday, April 20, 2021 from UK Hospital, Lexington, KY.

Born on May 12, 1980 at Man, he was the son of Deborah Lynn (Murphy) Tyler and the late Walter Mollett, Jr.

In addition to his father, he is also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Raymond and Marjorie Murphy; paternal grandparents: Walter and Sarah Mollett.

Nicholas enjoyed dirt bike and 4-wheel riding, also fishing, really, anything to do with the outdoors.  He loved playing basketball with his son Owen and spending time with his family and friends.  He was of the Baptist Faith.

Those left to love and cherish his memory and to mourn his loss are his mother: Deborah Lynn Tyler of North Carolina; daughter: Jaime Reedy; sons: Owen Reedy, all of Bruno, and Zane Reedy of Gilman Bottom; a special little girl, close to his heart: Maleigha Morris of Gilman Bottom.  He also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Monday, April 26, 2021 from 1:00 till 2:00 pm at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel, where funeral services will commence at 2:00 pm.  Burial will follow in the Brown-Grimmett Cemetery at Bruno WV.
