Patricia "Patty" M. (Deskins) Justice

Patricia M. Justice “Patty”, 85 of Justice, departed this life to meet her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, June 14, 2021, from Trinity Health Care Services in Logan WV.

Born August 4, 1936, at Mohawk, WV she was the daughter of the late Albert and Nancy (Williamson) Deskins.

Patty was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Harold E. Justice; son, Kent Tracy Justice; brother, Paul Deskins, and sisters, Lois A. Johnson, Etta Gross, and Gay Pascas.

Patricia was a member of the Justice Tabernacle Church.  For 50+ years, she was a faithful, Christian woman.  She was very proud of her family and was the greatest Nana.  She was loved by many.

Those left to love and cherish the memory of Patricia and to mourn her passing include her son, Jeffery “Poss” (Sherri Lester) Justice of Justice; grandsons: Joshua (Christine) Justice of Danville and Brian Justice of Sutton, WV; granddaughters, Christy Wine of Sutton, WV, and great-grandchildren, Rayah and Ella Justice, Chloe and Claudia Older, and Michael Sandy, a special sister-in-law, Dimple Tolley, and special friends, Chris, Stacy Jo, Carrisa Jo, and Dillon Stimson.  Patty also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives and friends.  

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 12:00 pm at the Justice Tabernacle Church with Pastors Randall Staten and Rev. Scotty Dingess officiating.  Friends may gather with the family from 11:00 am till 12:00 pm at the Church (prior to funeral services). 

Burial will follow at the Nathan Justice Cemetery, Justice, WV where she will be carried to her final resting place by family and friends.
