Rodney Bailey

Rodney Bailey, 68 of Iaeger, WV departed this life Wednesday, November 6, 2024, from Cabell Huntington Hospital.  Born September 3, 1956, at Iaeger, WV he was the son of Marie (Trent) Bailey and the late Bennie Bailey.

Rodney was a loving son.  He enjoyed trading guns and knives.  He was of the Regular Baptist Faith.

Those left to love and cherish his memory are his loving mother: Marie Bailey; his sister: Sharon K. Bailey, both of Iaeger, WV; aunts: Kathleen “Chris” (Cletis) Jackson of Johnny Cake Mountain and Anne (Gary) Shivley of Charleston, WV.  He also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, November 10, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the Lockhart Family Cemetery in Iaeger, WV with Rev. Cletis Jackson officiating.

Rodney will be carried to his resting place by family and friends.

He may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
