Ronald Stepp

Ronald Stepp, 73 of Justice, WV departed this life Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from his residence.  Born August 20, 1951, in Holden, WV he was the son of the late Esland “Zeke” and Maxine (Cline) Stepp.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers: Dennis Stepp and Gary Stepp; nephew: Josh Riffe; paternal grandparents: Maude (Hatfield) and Elias Stepp; maternal grandparents: Allie (Hatfield) and Ott Cline.

Ronald was an Army Veteran and had retired from working for United Way.  He, along with his twin brother Donald went to Nashville, TN where they wrote songs, recorded a few, as the Stepp Brothers, Ronald played the piano and Donald played the guitar, traveling together to different areas.  Ronald was of the Christian Faith.

Those left to love and cherish his memory are his brothers: Donald Stepp (Brenda Hatfield) of Justice, WV, Tyrone (Lynn) Stepp of Varney, WV, Chris Hurst of Australia; sister: Brenda Stepp of Huntington, WV; cousin/best friend: Katrina Brown.  He also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Justice Memorial Gardens at Justice, WV.

Ronald will be carried to his resting place by his family and friends.

His wonderful smile, gentle heart and his laughter will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved him.
