Roxanna Lynn (Blankenship) Grimmett

Roxanna Lynn (Blankenship) Grimmett, 51 of Man, WV departed this life Saturday, June 8, 2024, from St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV.

Born April 25, 1973, in Welch, WV, she was the daughter of the late Linda (Huff) and Clark Blankenship.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brother: Ernest Blankenship; niece: Georgie Blankenship; mother-in-law: Carol Browning; fathers-in-law: Les Browning and Larry Grimmett.

Roxanna loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, and her family and friends.  She was of the Church of God Faith.

Those left to love and cherish her memory are her husband: Donald Grimmett; daughter: Danielle (Timmy) Ratliff; son: Ben (Kimberly) Hall, all of Man, WV; grandchildren: Skylar Johnson, Hayley, Paisley, Brooklyn, Tyler, and Timothy Ratliff, Linda Hall; brother: Mack “Clark” Blankenship of North Spring; nieces: Maci and Kendell Grimmett; nephews: Joshua Blankenship, Chris New, and Tyler Grimmett.  She also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Friday, June 14, 2024, in the chapel of Mounts Funeral Home from 6:00 till 9:00 pm.  Funeral services will commence there at the chapel on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 2:00 pm with Rev. Roger Frye officiating.  Burial will follow in the Cline Cemetery at North Spring.

Roxanna will be carried to her resting place by pallbearers: Ben Hall, Chris New, Timmy and Timothy Ratliff, Joshua Blankenship, Franko New.  Honorary is Stephen Endicott.

Her wonderful smile and gentle heart will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved her.
