In addition to her parents, Ruby is also preceded in death by her biological sister: Jean (Rush) Cline.
After the passing of her parents, Ruby was cared for by her grandmother, Ethel Lester, followed by the late Buford (Lana) Lester with the help of Zelda Lester and Net (Scott) Sowards. Ruby’s final home was with her best friends, Seth, and Lisa Kennedy, whom she deeply loved and desired to be with.
Ruby had two other sisters who loved and cared for her: Erica (Christopher) Blankenship, and Felicia (Noah) Cline, of Clearfork, WV. Ruby loved and enjoyed a host of nieces and nephews, including Bristol Cline and Xander and Xena Blankenship.

Ruby enjoyed life to the fullest. She lived in the “Here and Now” and worried nothing about the future. She absolutely loved drinking coffee, not just in the mornings, but all throughout the day. She also enjoyed watching game shows, doing small chores, sitting on the porch in the rocking chair, going to the State Fair and to Tennessee, but most of all, she loved listening to music on Felicia’s iPhone.
