Ruby G. (Neace) Wilson

Ruby G. Wilson, 91 of Gilbert departed this life on Thursday, April 7, 2022 from Tug Valley ARH.

Born on October 3, 1930 at Micco, WV., she was the daughter of the late Millard Filmore and Dovie (Waybright) Neace. Sr.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband: Richard Wilson; son: Danny Wilson; daughters-in-law: Syvilla Wilson and Linda Wilson.  She is also preceded by a host of other dear relatives and friends.

Ruby enjoyed the outdoors, she loved hunting, fishing, gardening, and going for walks.  She was of the Baptist Faith.

Those left to love and cherish her memory are her children: Clairene (Oliver) Bailey, Larry Wilson, Angie (Troy) Lockhart, all of Gilbert, WV and Mark Wilson of Eleanor, WV; sisters: Mary Grimmett, Helen Neace, Carol Neace, and Betty Stevenson; brother: Millard Filmore Neace, Jr; brother and sister-in -law: Andy (Linda) Wilson; sister-in-law: Catherine Smith Wilson; brother-in-law: Arnold Addair; special friend: Ceylon Kimball.  Ruby leaves behind a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives, to many to name, and a multitude of friends and acquaintances that she had made throughout her life.

Per her request, she will be cremated.

A private graveside service will be scheduled at a later date.

Her wonderful smile and gentle heart will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved her.
