Stephen S. Cochrane

Stephen S. Cochrane, 75 of Gilbert departed this life Sunday, January 12, 2025, from his residence. 

Born June 2, 1949, in Bland County, Virginia, he was the son of the late Alvin and Linzie (Shrader) Cochrane.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his sister: Barbara Buree.

Stephen enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends, especially his church family.  He was of the Baptist Faith and attended the Justice Community Church.

Those left to love and cherish his memory are his loving wife of 27 years: Geraldine (Bentley) Cochrane of the home; daughter: Brittani (David) Conley; sons: Duaine (Venus) Trent, Donald (Michelle) Christian, and Daniel (Stephanie) Christian; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives and friends.

To honor his request, he will be cremated.

He may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
