Tommie Mounts

Tommie Mounts, 74, of Baisden, departed this life on Monday, January 27, 2020, from Tug Valley ARH in South Williamson, KY.

Born September 1, 1945, at Baisden, he was the son of the late Wiley and Marie (Cline) Mounts.

In addition to his parents, Tommie was preceded in death by one brother, Harlos Mounts.

Tommie was a loving son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Those left to love and cherish his memory are one daughter, Rachel (Mike) May of Chapmanville; one son, Jonathon Mounts, Sr., of Ieager; three grandchildren: McKenna May, Brody May both of Chapmanville and Jonathon “Jon Jon” Mounts, Jr., of Ieager. Tommie also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family on Sunday, February 2, 2020, from 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel where funeral services will commence at 3:00 pm.

Burial will follow in the Clarence Cline Cemetery at Baisden. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

He is gone from our sight but never from our hearts.
