Tyler Dale May

Tyler Dale May, 29 of Mohawk, departed this life on Sunday, October 21, 2018 from his residence.

Born August 13, 1989 at Logan, he was the son of Dale & Donna (Goff) May.

Tyler was preceded in death by his grandparents: Eunice & Sebert May, uncle: Darell May; cousins: Shanda Gail May and Chris May.

Tyler loved weight lifting, racing motorcycles and hunting.  He was a coal miner and owner of A-1 Fence Company.  He was of the Pentecostal faith.

Those left to love and cherish the memory of Tyler and to mourn his passing include his parents: Dale & Donna May of Gilbert; his wife: Monica May of Mohawk; grandparents: Roy Goff of Wharncliffe, Betty (Fred) Morgan of Florida; sisters: Ashlea Kirk of Beckley, Haylee (Brandon) Mitchell of Gilbert; brother: Trey May of Iaeger; sister-in-law: Lora (McCain) Hunt; mother & father in law: Keith & Drema Cline; uncles: Harold (Addie) May, Arnold Ray May, Denny (Nedra) May and Larry (Tambra) May all of Gilbert and Roy (Debbie) Goff, Jr.; aunt: Susan (Scooter) Jude; nieces: Kensington Mitchell, LaRaina, Jaidyn, & Lyric, MaLeah & Lauren Hunt; nephews: Jaylon, Lukas Hunt; special cousin: Jessie Hatfield; special fur baby: Pebbles; special friends: Henty ball, JL Reed and Les May; a host of many cousins and friends.

Friends may gather with the family on Tuesday October 23, 2018 at the Freedom Full Gospel Assembly House of Prayer from 6-9 pm.  Funeral services will commence on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Church with the Rev. Troy Lester, Rev. Diamond Carter and Rev. Clinton Jackson officiating.

Burial will follow at Carter Cemetery at the Browning Fork Section of Gilbert.

Tyler will be carried to his final resting place by: Eddie Ray Smith, James Smith, Trevor Brayden Cline, Brandon Hatfield, Zack Hatfield, Paul Strickland, Chris Ball and McCain Hunt.

His tender heart and beautiful smile will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
