Jean, I saw a quote not long ago that reminds me of Lee. "One day you'll be a memory, try to be a good one". Everyone has nothing but good memories of Lee. Jean, not long ago I saw a quote that reminds me so much of Lee "One day you will be a memory, make sure you're a good one". Nothing could be more true of the person that Lee was. Everyone has nothing but good memories and love for Lee and You. That is such a wonderful legacy to leave behind. You and Blake are so blessed that Lee was "yours". He will always be in your heart. Jean, There are no words to take away the pain and the loss that your heart is feeling. You had a great love that was seen from all around and that is something that most people only dream of experiencing. Even death cannot separate the love that beamed so strongly between you and Lee. Ahhh, Jean we are all heavy hearted as we face the reality of the loss of a very dear friend. Lee's constant smile and twinkle in his eye, warmed everyone's heart and made us feel "at home" with him. I daresay that no one can say a cross word about your wonderful husband! He did make his "girls" feel special, but his love and devotion was unmistakenly with his high school sweetheart ---- you guy were the "Best Couple" and Lee has left a beautiful legacy for being an exceptional husband, father, and friend to so many. I pray that when you go to your lonely place to remember and to heal, you will see God's handprint on your lives together... AND God's love for you being reflected in the care and sympathy of friends during this time of sorrow. What a bittersweet blessing to have those 3 weeks together, not knowing what the future would hold! I'm sending my love, prayers and tearful hugs to my sweet, sweet friend and her son...

I am so sorry for your loss. I've known Lee all my life and he was a great man. We had alot of talks when I was younger and was a big support in my life. He used to throw the football with us kids on the hill. I can't express how sorry I am. We will keep you in our prayers. He will be deeply missed. Jean, we don't have words to say how sorry we are that you are facing this. You and Lee have been such a part of our everyday lives that we didn't really realize how much it until now. You guys have always been awesome neighbors. My boys will surely miss going into "Mr. Lee's" building to see all his "toys" and David and I will surely miss our "top the hill and driveway chats". He was a wonderful man who has been here for us many times. We have so many memories and most of them include Lee bringing us something or helping us with something. He was truly the definition of a wonderful neighbor. We love you so much!

Lee's death is a tremendous shock! I have been reading the updates of Lee's progress on Fackbook and was glad to see that he was back home from the hospital. Thinking that he would get better and hoping to see him and Jean at the next high school reunion. Jean, you and Lee's family are and will be in our prayers. Asking God to give you the strength to be able to deal with the present and future.

Lee was very special to me....I will miss him so much...He was one of the nicest and friendliest man i ever knew.....He was always telling me how special I was to him....and I knew that Lee loved me...I was one of the special "girls" in his life and for that I am very touched....He was the most humble person...He always had that big smile (always)...My heart is so broken....I pray that god wraps his loving arms around jean,blake and the whole family.....He will be missed and loved by all that got to know such a great and awesome man....Lee u will always be in my heart....(DAD)

I have got to know Lee from working with Jean, and it has been one of the greatest blessings in life. I thank God for letting me have the privlege to get to know these wonderful people. They have been like angels in my life. All I have is good memories and the love they showed and shared to me. I can remember times when I felt like I couldn't face another day, and here Lee would walk in and wrap those big arms around me and let me know everything would be alright. Always making me smile no matter what. If anyone has a heart of gold, this precious,loving,caring man did. Not only was the family blessed to have him in their life, but the community also. He didnt just love one or two people, he loved all. He will always be in my heart forever, and be one special man that I thank God for getting to know. I have to say God picks only the best, because that's what Lee was. I will love and cherish every memory I have of him. He was such an angel to me. Jean & Blake - There are no words that could possibly heal your heart...but there are tons and tons of moments you can look back on and smile about. Everytime I had seen you and Lee together...you were both glowing. Not too many people get to experience true love like that in an lifetime.

Jean and Blake, There are no words that anyone could possibly say to ease your pain at this time, but I hope knowing how much Lee was loved and how special he was to everyone lets you know, that you're not mourning alone. Our hearts are broken also. Everyone loved Lee, he was a great person. Junior was the light in so many lives. The best DJ, singer except for maybe Debbie and Rose. He was the only person that I knew except for Ed that knew every word to every song.
