Brandi Blankenship

Brandi Blankenship, 34 of Baisden departed this life Sunday, March 12, 2017 from Logan Regional Medical Center. Born July 30, 1982 at Man, she was the daughter of Ricky Elsworth and Janet Lea (Dotson) Blankenship. Brandi enjoyed reading, and she loved playing video games. She is preceded in death by her brother: Ricky Jonathan Blankenship; her paternal grandparents: Kermit Walker and Betty Marie Blankenship Carter; maternal grandparents: Rabon Lee Dotson and Bonnie Lou Collins Kennedy and Daren Jerome Collins. paternal great grandparents: Elsworth and Nancy Blankenship; maternal great grandparents: Madge and Algie Kennedy; Those left to love and cherish her memory and to mourn her passing are her daughter: Kiera Hoskinson; her parents: Ricky Elsworth and Janet Lea Dotson Blankenship, all of Baisden; her fiancAC.: Chad Vance of Bruno; he lifelong friend: Charles Lester of Hanover. She also leaves behind a host of other dear family and friends. Friends may gather with the family Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 6 to 9 pm at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel, where funeral services will commence on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 1:00 pm with the Rev. Kenny Poole and Rev. Clayton Cline officiating. Burial will follow in the Lester & Browning Cemetery at Spice Creek, Verner, WV. Brandi will be carried to her final resting place by her family and friends. She may be gone from our sight, but never forgotten.
